However, all types of exercises suitable for everyone. There are certain types of exercises that are not suitable for body posture or physical ability of an individual.
"If when you make certain types of pain exercise, then chances are you do not like sports," said sports medicine expert Dr. Michael Triangto, SPOK when met on Friday (23/08/2013 ) in Jakarta.
